Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites sealed bids for the supply of 50 KVA distribution transformers under single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The tender is issued through FESCO local funds without foreign exchange component. A total quantity of 500 units is required, divided into two lots of 250 units each. The supply is to be made as per WAPDA/PPMC specification No.105-84-2020 with amendment No.1 (amended to date). Only approved manufacturers and suppliers registered with relevant income tax and sales tax departments and appearing on the active taxpayers list of FBR are eligible to participate. All rates must be quoted in local currency inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties and charges, and exclusive of General Sales Tax. Bidders must be duly prequalified and registered in required categories as per WAPDA/PEPCO drawings and specifications with valid prototype approval where applicable. Original bid security instrument must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including registration with tax authorities and validity of licenses. Re-fabricated, re-manufactured or refilled products are not acceptable under any circumstances.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 16.06.2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of Director (Material Management) FESCO, Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.
