Bulk Purchase of Medicines, Surgical Disposables and Lab Kits by Army Cardiac Hospital Lahore

Army Cardiac Hospital Lahore invites quotations from well-reputed suppliers for the bulk purchase of medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory kits, PVMS NA and reagents for the financial year 2026/2027. The procurement is for supply to be completed within thirty days from the date of issue of the supply order. The hospital is located in Lahore Cantt, Punjab, and the contract period will run from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Suppliers must provide medicines with ninety percent or more remaining shelf life at the time of supply, and short-life medicines will not be accepted. The hospital reserves the right to reject any bid, terminate contracts for breach, and impose penalties including a fine of Rs. 2,000 per overpriced item if items are found to be overpriced.

Bidders must be authorized distributors or suppliers of the manufacturing companies and must submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted or defaulters of any bank or financial institution. Required eligibility documents include photocopies of company profile, proprietor's CNIC, valid drug license and Drape register, GST registration, sales tax certificate, professional tax certificate, NTN certificate, income tax return for the last one year, active tax payer list certificate, and police verification. An authorized distribution letter from the manufacturer clearly mentioning the financial year must be provided in original. Quotations must contain separate sealed envelopes for financial and technical proposals with all required documentation.

Quotations must be submitted in a single sealed envelope marked with the firm name and category of items. Prices must be quoted on the supplier's letterhead in the prescribed format and will be valid for the entire financial year 2026/2027. Bidders who fail to provide medicines at quoted rates will be liable to legal action. Supply must be made as a whole and not in piecemeal fashion, with late delivery charges of two percent per thirty days applicable for delays exceeding thirty days.
