The Highway Division Narowal invites sealed tenders for the dualization of New Lahore-Road from Narowal City to Gujar Chowk, including re-alignment and rehabilitation of the existing road infrastructure in District Narowal, Punjab. This major infrastructure development project is referenced under ADP GS No.1527 2025-26 and covers a road section of 10.30 kilometers with an estimated cost of Rs.4351.062 Million and earnest money of Rs.217.553 Million. The project completion period is 24 months, making it a significant investment in the region's transportation network and economic connectivity.
Eligible contractors must provide comprehensive documentation including non-judicial stamp paper affidavits confirming non-performance history within the last ten years, litigation and dispute settlement records for the preceding ten years with PO Form 15, declarations of non-blacklisting by government agencies, and separate affidavits on non-judicial stamp paper of value PKR 100 confirming the correctness of supplied information and the absence of pending departmental action for poor work quality. All affidavits must be on standard non-judicial stamp paper valued at PKR 100 as specified in the tender requirements.
