Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision, supply and installation of Interactive Screens with support services. This tender, referenced as IT/16/25-26, is open to eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities in Sindh province. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure with a tender fee of Rs. 3,000 payable through the IBA website portal.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities and must submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of their bid value in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made payable to IBA Karachi. All tender documents are available for download from both the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bidders are required to upload their bids with supporting documents on the SPPRA EPADS platform during the submission period.
Tender documents are available for issuance starting May 22, 2026 from 09:00 AM until June 12, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between May 22, 2026 and June 12, 2026 from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM on the SPPRA EPADS portal. The original bid security and original signed bid documents must be physically delivered to IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the bid opening. Bids will be opened on June 12, 2026 at 03:30 PM at the same venue in the presence of bidder representatives.
