Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) under the Government of Sindh is inviting bids for the procurement of surgical and disposable items for its sites across Sindh province. This National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process seeks qualified suppliers and manufacturers to provide a range of surgical supplies and disposable medical items required for the institute's operations. The procurement covers multiple SICHN facilities and aims to ensure adequate supply of critical medical consumables for child health and neonatal care services.
Bidders must be registered manufacturers, importers, or authorized dealers with valid business registrations and relevant licenses to supply surgical and disposable medical items in Pakistan. Interested bidders are required to submit both technical and financial proposals separately through the electronic bidding platform (Epad). Technical proposals must include bidder information, company profile, manufacturer or importer credentials, and plant-wise details for all manufacturing facilities. Financial proposals must be submitted in separate document submission sections for each quoted product, clearly marked with product identification.
Bid documents are available from SICHN, Karachi, and interested parties should submit their e-bids through the designated online portal by the closing date of 12 June 2026. The technical proposal opening will follow the submission deadline, with financial proposals to be opened subsequently for responsive bids.
