Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Institute of Urology & Transplantation (SIUT), a 1500-bedded tertiary care teaching hospital in Karachi, Sindh, invites pre-qualification applications from well-established and reputed manufacturers, authorized distributors, and sole agents for the supply of drugs, medicines, immunosuppressive agents, antibiotics, oncology medications, and related pharmaceutical products for the financial year 2026-27 under a Framework Contract Agreement. The procurement aims to ensure the highest standards of transparency and quality in sourcing essential medications for comprehensive patient care. Interested vendors must be registered as Sales Tax and Income Tax active taxpayers for the financial year 2025-26. Prospective bidders can obtain pre-qualification documents from the CRS Department, Ground Floor, Gate No. 3, Transplant Tower, SIUT, Karachi, upon payment of Rs. 3000 (non-refundable) through a Pay Order issued in the name of Director SIUT. The pre-qualification process will be conducted in accordance with SPP Rules, 2010, and will remain open from 23-05-2026 to 12-06-2026.
Vendors must meet stringent eligibility criteria and hold valid tax registration certificates. Sealed proposals must be submitted at 11:00 am on 13-06-2026 (Saturday) and will be opened at 11:30 am the same day at the Pearl Hall, SIUT Trust Hospital (Shahrah e Faisal), Karachi. Submission of false, fabricated, or materially incorrect information will result in automatic disqualification. SIUT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications at its sole discretion.
