Description / Scope of Work
The National Information Technology Board (NITB), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from registered firms for a Request for Proposal (RFP) on Pre-qualification Invitation for Managed IT and Integrated Services. NITB seeks qualified bidders to provide e-Governance software applications and related services to public sector organizations across Pakistan, supporting Government to Government (G2G) and Government to Citizens (G2C) services and communication initiatives. This procurement is open to firms registered with the Income Tax Sales Tax department and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The scope encompasses comprehensive managed IT services and integrated solutions that can be replicated across multiple federal public organizations for enhanced e-Governance delivery.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and maintain active taxpayer status. Bid security in the form of an original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted along with the bid documents. All prospective bidders are required to obtain detailed tender documents containing complete terms, conditions, and technical specifications from NITB and PPRA websites at no cost. Electronic submission of bids is permitted through the EPADS system. Bids must be prepared strictly in accordance with tender document instructions and submitted on or before 11 June 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical bids opening on the same day at 1130 hours at NITB office. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2 June 2026 at 1100 hours in NITB committee room. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened; email and fax submissions are not accepted. NITB reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any time without liability. For online bid submission, bidders must register with EPADS and submit the original Bid Security Instrument to the undersigned office on or before the submission deadline.
