Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for the supply of domestic gas regulators half inch (1/2") under tender enquiry number SND-2613/26. This procurement is for the supply of gas regulation equipment required for domestic applications across Pakistan. The tender is being conducted on a single stage two envelope system basis, requiring bidders to submit both technical and financial proposals separately to ensure competitive and transparent procurement processes.
Eligible bidders include both foreign suppliers through their local agents and local manufacturers or suppliers meeting the specified qualification criteria outlined in Annexure-IX. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide copies of Sales Tax Registration Certificates and Income Tax Certificates as applicable. A bid bond in original form as per clause 17 of the Instructions to Bidders must be included in the financial proposal envelope. The bid documents include general terms, instructions to bidders, technical specifications, schedule of requirements, delivery terms, and various forms including authority letters, performance warranty bond guarantees, integrity pact, and certificates of disclosure.
Bid documents are available from Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 01 July 2026 by 1430 hours at the office of the General Manager (Procurement). Bids will be publicly opened on the same date at 1500 hours. Bidders must ensure their quotation remains valid for 90 days from the closing date and delivery must conform to the delivery schedule with free delivery at Gulberg Stores Lahore (D). Technical proposals will be evaluated without reference to price, and only technically responsive bids will have their financial proposals opened.
