Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Building Division Abbottabad, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids for rehabilitation and maintenance of heritage buildings in Abbottabad under ADP No. 100/250874 (2025-26). The work encompasses restoration of the Commissioner House, DC House, and Jalal Baba Auditorium in Abbottabad, KPK. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 10.00 million with a completion period as per work order. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelop EPAD System in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 as amended up to 15 September 2021.
Bidders must be registered with KPK Revenue Authority and possess valid PEC/C&W Department registration, tax compliance certificates (NTN), and relevant experience of at least five years in similar works. Bid security of 2 percent of the Engineer's Estimate is required, with additional security applicable based on bid amounts relative to the Engineer's Estimate. Technical proposals must demonstrate general capabilities, financial soundness, relevant experience, and personnel and equipment capabilities. A tender form fee of Rs. 5,000 deposited as non-refundable fee is mandatory for participation.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PAD system or obtained from the C&W Department office on submission of formal application, PEC registration card, and payment of the printing fee. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the E-PAD system with original affidavit and call deposit/additional security provided separately in sealed envelopes marked clearly. The last date and time for submission of electronic bids is 15 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bid opening scheduled after technical bid approval. All bidders must register with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act 2013.
