Description / Scope of Work
Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors and service providers for the supply and installation of 3D ceramic printing laboratory equipment. This procurement is undertaken through a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under national competitive bidding rules applicable to Pakistan. The tender notice indicates a bid security requirement of 3% of tender value (PKR 90,000), suggesting a substantial procurement valued at approximately PKR 3 million for this specialized laboratory equipment intended to support the university's academic programs in art, architecture and design disciplines.
Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and possess relevant experience in supplying and installing similar laboratory equipment. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 along with fixed bid security in the form of a pay order, bank draft, CDR or bank guarantee in favor of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage. Both documents must be physically delivered to the Procurement Officer before the submission deadline. The procurement is governed by the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 and PPRA Rules.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, conditions and requirements are available on the EPADS portal from May 25, 2026 to June 09, 2026 for registered bidders at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk and the university website www.aror.edu.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before June 09, 2026 up to 01:00 PM; manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM, and financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to bid acceptance in accordance with applicable rules.
