Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar invites competitive bids for the procurement of training material for the General Electrician Trade under the Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure. The estimated tender value is PKR 2,602,600 with an anticipated project scope covering training equipment and materials required for the electrician programme at the college located in Bhakkar, Punjab. This procurement aims to support vocational training delivery and skill development in the electrical trades sector across the province.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan to be eligible for participation. A bid security of PKR 130,130 is required in the form of a Certified Demand Draft (CDR), Pay Order, or Demand Draft made payable to the Principal of Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar. The security must be physically submitted before the opening of the e-bid. Income and Sales tax registration certificates along with all other documents as specified in the tender document must accompany all bids submitted.

Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 01:00 PM on 10 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 01:30 PM the same day.
