Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for renovation work at its Chah Haider Wala Branch located in Punjab. This is a construction and renovation project with an estimated cost of Rs. 12,953,523 and a project completion time of 45 days after issuance of the work order. The bidding process follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules under a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bid documents are available for free download from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. All proposals must contain detailed bid items, technical specifications, and warranty support information as per the tender requirements.
Bidders must submit a call deposit (bid security) of two percent, amounting to Rs. 259,070, in a sealed envelope in favor of The Bank of Punjab. Eligible contractors should hold appropriate licenses and qualifications for construction and renovation work. All bid prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and must include all applicable taxes such as GST and income tax. Bids quoted without inclusive taxes will be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date. Bidders are required to comply strictly with all specifications and terms and conditions; alternative bids will not be considered.
Bid documents must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the E-Pads portal by 11:00 am on 10 June 2026, with the call deposit receipt submitted in sealed envelope to the Head of Centralized Procurement at BOP Tower, 1st Floor, 10-B Block E/II, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore by the same deadline. Technical bids will be opened on 10 June 2026 at 11:30 am.
