Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Ahmad Pur Sial invites electronic bids for the provision, laying and installation of tuff tiles along the Muharram Route from Imam Bargah Gharoo wala to Tanga Adda in Ahmad Pur Sial, Punjab, together with associated infrastructure works including repair of manholes, RCC slab construction, stone dust application and street lighting installation. The project is conducted through the Punjab Government's newly implemented E-PADS electronic tendering system in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure. All registered contractors, firms and manufacturers with PPRA and E-PADS credentials are eligible to participate in this open competitive tender.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA and E-PADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to participate. Bid security is mandatory in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or pay order from any scheduled bank in Punjab made payable to Municipal Committee Ahmad Pur Sial. If a bid is received more than 5 percent below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit the difference as additional quality assurance security within 15 days of tender opening. Submission of false information, fake CDRs or fraudulent documents will result in disqualification and referral to PEC and PPRA for blacklisting and further action.
Bidding documents are available free of charge for download from https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal by 11:00 AM PST on the closing date 10.06.2026. Bid opening will occur at 11:30 AM PST on the same date at the office of Municipal Committee Ahmad Pur Sial in the presence of bidders' representatives.
