Municipal Committee Mianwali invites sealed bids for comprehensive arrangements on the eve of Muharram ul Harram 2026. The scope of work includes earth filling, repair of Muharram procession routes, patch work on roads, RCC slab installation, repair of drains, provision of lighting items, Sabeel (water distribution) during procession, and rental provision of generators. This project is essential for ensuring safe passage and adequate facilities during the important religious procession in Mianwali, Punjab. The work encompasses multiple civil and infrastructure components required to prepare the city's main procession routes for the significant religious gathering expected during Muharram 2026.
Bid documents are available from the Municipal Committee Mianwali office during official working hours. Prospective bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in civil works and infrastructure projects. A valid bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted with each bid. Bidders should possess necessary trade licenses and should have demonstrated capability to execute similar projects within stipulated timelines. All bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules and relevant municipal bylaws of Punjab.
Sealed bids must be submitted at the Municipal Committee Mianwali office on or before the closing date of 10th June 2026.
