Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids for the establishment of a comprehensive data center facility at Karachi on a turnkey Design-Develop-Produce (DDP) site basis. This project, referenced as e-Tender Notice HQ/ADV-47/2025-26, encompasses the complete design, supply, installation, commissioning, and one-year support of a state-of-the-art data center with integrated facility management, networking, security, power conditioning, and civil infrastructure components located in Karachi, Sindh province. The scope includes facility components, network and security systems, power and electrical infrastructure, civil works and cabling, and comprehensive commissioning support with detailed technical specifications provided in the bidding documents.
Bidders must meet specified qualification conditions and hold relevant licenses and certifications for data center construction and information technology services. A bid security or earnest money deposit is required as outlined in the tender documents. Interested contractors should carefully review the commercial compliance statement, technical specifications, bill of quantity, and service level agreement provisions detailed in the annexes. Bidders are required to declare beneficial ownership information and provide performance bonds upon award.
Bid documents are available through the Electronic Procurement Auction Dispensation System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their electronic bids through this platform by the specified deadline of 23 June 2026. The bid opening will take place as per the schedule published on the EPADS portal. All bids will be evaluated based on the most advantageous bidder criteria, and the successful contractor will be required to execute a detailed contract agreement incorporating performance security and service level agreements.
