Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) invites technical and financial bids for the printing of four different items required by the Bancassurance Division for the year 2026. The procurement includes proposal forms (20,000 nos), auto debit forms/UBL (20,000 nos in sets), disclaimer forms/UBL (20,000 nos), and policy file covers in blue (30,000 nos). All items must be printed according to detailed specifications using high-quality imported paper and materials with specified colors and finishes. The contract will be executed and delivered to the Bancassurance Division office at the State Life Insurance Corporation Principal Office in Karachi. Eligible bidders must be registered printers with GST/Income Tax Department registration and valid business addresses with telephone and fax contact information. Bidders are required to visit the Principal Office in Karachi to inspect sample specimens of all four printing items before submission of bids on the EPADS system. Bid security is mandatory as per detailed schedule: Rs 4,000 for item 01, Rs 6,000 for item 02, Rs 2,000 for item 03, and Rs 20,000 for item 04, submitted as pay orders or bank drafts in favor of SLIC as earnest money. All bids must include GST and other applicable taxes, and bid validity shall be 60 days from the opening date.
Bidders must submit separate financial proposals for each of the four printing items through the EPADS portal in single-stage one-envelope format, with quotations marked clearly as Printing of 04 Different Items for Bancassurance Division. Bid documents and samples are available at the Principal Office, State Life Building No 9, Dr Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi. Proposals will be opened on 16 June 2026 at 11:30 am. Delivery must be completed within 10 to 20 working days after final proof and test run approval.
