Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) invites tenders through EPADS as per PPRA rules for the supply of food and grocery commodities to PSB Hostels at PSB (HQ) Islamabad and PSB Coaching Centers located in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar. The contract is for a one-year period on a day-to-day basis, with the possibility of extension for a further period subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the Competent Authority. This is an open tender soliciting bids from reputed GST and Income Tax registered firms capable of supplying quality food and grocery items to multiple locations across Pakistan.
Eligible applicants must be legally established entities or registered firms; individuals are not permitted to apply in their personal capacity. All bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and hold valid GST certificates. The bid document comprises instructions to bidders, application submission forms, technical evaluation criteria, and a detailed financial bid section listing all required food items. Bidders are responsible for all costs associated with bid preparation and submission.
Bid documents are available through EPADS portal and the PSB website. All bids must be prepared in English language and submitted through the designated portal. The tender will be opened on 4th June 2026 at 1130 hours.
