Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Mandi Bahauddin is inviting sealed tender bids for three infrastructure and supply schemes valued at approximately 13.017 million rupees. The procuring agency seeks qualified contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enrolled on E-PAD as per Government of Punjab Directions for the financial year 2025-26. The tender encompasses supply of digital printed consumer bills for WASA Mandi Bahauddin estimated at 3.325 million rupees with a 14-month completion period, providing and fixing of safety nets under manhole covers valued at 4.248 million rupees within 15 days, and rehabilitation of tube wells and construction of quarters for WASA Mandi Bahauddin City estimated at 13.017 million rupees over 6 months. These works are located in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms or contractors with valid PEC licenses and E-PAD enrollment. All bids must include a mandatory security deposit equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR at 05 percent of estimated cost, submitted in favour of the Deputy Director Engineering WASA Mandi Bahauddin. The original CDR is compulsory at bid opening. Bidders submitting false information or fake documents will be disqualified and blacklisted from future tendering. In case the total tendered amount falls below 5 percent of the approved estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security within 15 days of issuance of notice.
Intending bidders must obtain bid documents and submit sealed bids on or before 10.06.2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Deputy Director Engineering WASA Mandi Bahauddin. Bids will be opened the same day at an hour specified by the tender committee.
