Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Narowal invites electronic bids from well reputed firms, manufacturers, distributors, dealers and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items for the Civil Courts District Narowal during the financial year 2025-26. This tender encompasses two main lots: Lot-1 involves the purchase of office furniture items including office tables, computer tables, C-tables for lawyers, side/book racks, litigant benches and other furniture items with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,926,000 and bid security of Rs. 196,300; Lot-2 covers the purchase of office furniture items such as revolving chairs for officers, office chairs, poshish presiding chairs, and computer chairs with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,742,600 and bid security of Rs. 287,130. The procurement shall be executed in Narowal, Punjab in accordance with the prevailing PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms with valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations. Bidders are required to submit bid security at 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a certified development ranking or Bank guarantee payable to the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Narowal. All bids must be submitted electronically on e-Pads and shall include mandatory affidavits certifying that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government department. Technical and financial proposals must be clearly separated and submitted under single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(1) of the PPRA Rules 2014 (amended), with a bid validity period of 120 days inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Interested bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from the e-Pads website (www.epads.punjab.gov.pk) and the District Court Narowal website. Electronic submission of bids shall close on 9 June 2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 01:30 PM at the office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Narowal. Delivery of procured items shall be made as per delivery schedules specified in the purchase order.
