Description / Scope of Work
National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites bids for the hiring of services for rodent, termite, fumigation and pest control at the NICL building located in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement is for non-consultancy services covering comprehensive pest management solutions including rodent control, termite treatment, and general fumigation services at the organization's facility on Abbasi Shaheed Road in Karachi. The contract will be procured through open competitive bidding using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
All bidders must be eligible vendors registered on EPADS v2.0 and must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a signed Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage-One Envelope process. Prospective bidders should meet the eligibility criteria specified in the bidding documents, which contain detailed terms, conditions, service specifications and scope of work requirements.
E-bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submission is not permitted.
