Description / Scope of Work
The Civil Court Kasur invites electronic bids for the procurement of furniture items for the financial year 2025-2026 under Tender No. 03/2025-2026. This procurement is being conducted by the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Kasur in Punjab province. The tender aims to supply furniture items required for the court's operations, with delivery to be completed within seven days of supply order issuance. The purchaser invites e-bids from original manufacturers, suppliers, and General Order Suppliers on an open competitive basis. Bidders must comply with the tender specifications and requirements as outlined in the bidding documents.
Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria and possess relevant licenses and registrations as required by law. A bid security deposit is mandatory for participation in this tender, and bidders must provide a performance guarantee as specified in the tender documents. All bids will be evaluated based on technical and financial criteria outlined in Annex-B and Annex-C of the tender documentation. Interested bidders should submit their electronic bids via e-PADS addressed to the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Kasur. The e-bids will be opened publicly on 10th June 2026 at 12:00 PM in the office of the Senior Civil Judge, Kasur, with representatives of bidders invited to attend.
