Government College Women University Faisalabad, Department of Engineering Works, invites electronic tenders under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for two civil works projects in Punjab. The first project involves additional works in the Health Center at Main Campus with an estimated amount of Rs 1,534,289, while the second comprises additional works for Fatima and Amina Hostel valued at Rs 1,684,330. Both projects require completion within 30 days and are open to firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for fiscal year 2025-26. Bids will be processed through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System and must comply with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended 2024).
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, Punjab Revenue Authority, and hold valid PEC licenses for the current fiscal year. Bidders are required to provide documentation including firm management qualifications, FBR registration certificate, PRA registration certificate, professional tax receipts, partnership deeds where applicable, and an affidavit on stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting status and absence of litigation with government departments. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated amount must be submitted in the form of CDR, pay order, or bank draft in favor of Treasurer GCWUF, with original documents submitted in physical form to the Chief Engineer Office at the university's Admin Block.
Tender documents are available for download from punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and gcwuf.edu.pk. The terminal schedule for uploading bids and CDR on E-PADS is June 8, 2026 at 09:00 AM, with physical submission of CDR also required by the same date and time. Bids will be opened on June 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders. All submissions must be complete, signed, and stamped; late bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to submit all documents and securities as early as possible, as the university and PPRA will not be responsible for delays due to internet or website issues.
