Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) and Pakistan Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML) invite sealed bids in Pakistani Rupees on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for repair and maintenance works at the Ufone call center facility located on Peco Road in Lahore, Punjab. The tender is issued under reference number Proc.8-3/2/290526/4786 and encompasses comprehensive R&M services required to maintain operational standards at this telecommunications facility in accordance with PTML and PTCL technical and contractual requirements. Bidders must be registered vendors with PTML and PTCL, holding a valid Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) which is mandatory for all suppliers of materials and services. Vendor registration forms can be downloaded from the PTCL website for organizations seeking to establish good and continuous business relationships with the organization. Unregistered vendors are required to complete the registration process before bid submission. Interested bidders must obtain complete tender documents through the SAP Ariba Platform via the provided portal link and submit their bids electronically through the same platform. All bids must be submitted latest by 5 June 2026 before 23:59 hours with the marking "R&M works at Ufone call Center Peco Road Lahore RFP # Proc.8-3/2/290526/4786". Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened. PTML and PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any time without liability or obligation to inform affected bidders of grounds for rejection.
