Description / Scope of Work
The Material Management LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company) invites electronic bids for the procurement of 50-KVA Distribution Transformers under Tender No 4359. This is a national-level goods procurement planned for the financial year 2026-27, with funds reserved specifically for this contract. The procurement will be conducted in Lahore, Punjab, using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The detailed specifications, quantities, and technical requirements for the distribution transformers are outlined in the comprehensive bidding documents.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform on or before June 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay orders, banker's cheques, call deposits, bank guarantees, or demand drafts, as described in the bid security section of the bidding document. Alternatively, where bid security is not mandated by the procuring agency, bidders are required to submit a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the document. Eligible bidders must meet the eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria outlined in the standard bidding document.

Bidders should register themselves on EPADS v2.0 and submit electronic bids before the deadline. Bid opening will occur on June 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM using EPADS v2.0.
