Description / Scope of Work
Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) invites e-bids for annual maintenance and repair works of residential and non-residential buildings in KPK province. This re-tender notice, reference DM (Civil)/HAZECO/NCB-05/2025-26, covers comprehensive maintenance services including structural repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep of company-owned properties. The estimated cost is PKR 5,000,000 and the project scope encompasses multiple building locations across the province with detailed specifications provided in tender documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with minimum two years of construction experience as per required registration standards. Bidders should demonstrate successful completion of at least two contracts valued at PKR 1.5 million or more within the last three years, and must possess valid certifications including valid GST registration, relevant licenses, and completion certificates from previous projects. Bid security of five percent of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) method before the closing date of 10 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
