Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply, installation and maintenance of electronic dispensing units for its retail outlets located at Keamari Terminal in Sindh province. The tender covers 1,750 twin electronic suction dispensing units, 50 additional twin electronic suction units, 350 twin electronic remote dispensing units, 25 twin electronic remote dispensing units, and 900 quadro electronic suction dispensing units. All units must be self-contained for flammable products, suitable for gasoline with Research Octane Numbers from 87 to 97, diesel, and ethanol blends. The dispensing units shall operate at temperatures ranging from minus 10 degrees Celsius to plus 55 degrees Celsius with excellent suction ability in extreme hot weather. Each unit must contain anti-cheat and theft features, valance or canopy, and comply with ATEX, UL-87, and KHK certifications. Electrical specifications require single-phase 220-volt AC at plus or minus 10 percent, 50 Hz operation.
Quotations are required from vendors capable of manufacturing, supplying, and maintaining these specialised fuel dispensing units. Bidders must demonstrate technical expertise and manufacturing capability to meet the strict international safety and operational standards prescribed by PSO. Earnest money and performance guarantees as per tender instructions are mandatory. Vendors must be registered and in good standing with relevant regulatory authorities in Pakistan or their country of origin.
