Description / Scope of Work
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, a federal enterprise supporting the German Government in achieving its objectives in international cooperation for sustainable development, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of tools and equipment under the TVET G-230 Construction Project in Pakistan. The procurement encompasses four lots: Lot 01 Automotive Equipment, Lot 02 Didactic Tools, Lot 03 Electrical, Scientific and Testing Equipment, and Lot 04 Fixtures, Tools and Safety Equipment. This initiative supports vocational education and technical training infrastructure development across Pakistan's federal region.
Eligible bidders must meet the criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Interested parties are required to obtain detailed bidding documents by contacting the GIZ Procurement Section via email at giz-pakistan-procurement@giz.de on or before 3rd June 2026. Bidding documents will be distributed via email on 4th June 2026. Bidders must clearly reference BANF No. 1001035 in all correspondence and submissions. Standard bid security and technical compliance requirements apply as per the tender specifications.
Sealed bids must be submitted in separate envelopes for each lot, clearly marked with the reference number BANF No. 1001035 and lot details. All bids must reach the address specified in the bidding documents no later than 26th June 2026. Bid opening will follow the standard procurement timeline outlined in the tender documents.
