Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Sahiwal invites sealed tenders for hiring of Janitorial Services from eligible firms duly registered with the relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) purposes. The procurement covers janitorial services with an estimated cost of PKR 4,500,000 for the tender value of PKR 525,000, intended to support daily operations at the board office in Sahiwal, Punjab. The contract scope includes maintenance and cleaning services with possession of valid transport profile and adequate experience in the field.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms with proper tax and GST documentation from relevant authorities. A bid security equivalent to the specified amount must be submitted in the form of a CDR (Bank Draft), Pay Order, or demand draft issued by Secretaries, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sahiwal. Tenders without proper bid security or call deposit shall be considered non-responsive and rejected outright.
Bid documents are available immediately after publication of this tender notice from PPRA and BISE websites. Tenders must be submitted online through e-PADIS on or before 18-06-2026 at 11:00 AM, with only online submissions accepted. The bid opening will take place the same day at 11:45 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
