Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Topi, District Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for improvements and beautification of public infrastructure including PCC, streets and related works at Union Council Kotha. The project is valued at Rs 6.00 million under ADP No 941/25118 for the financial year 2025-26. This tender is being floated on the basis of Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) platform. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive infrastructure development and beautification initiatives within the Union Council to enhance the quality of public services and amenities for the local community.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council category code as required, maintain active Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) status, and have active FBR registration or valid sales tax status. Bid security at the rate of two percent of the engineer's estimated cost (Rs 120,000) must be submitted as a call deposit receipt made in favor of the Assistant Director, Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Topi. A non-refundable tender form fee at the rate of 0.03 percent on the engineer's estimated cost is required. The bid validity period is ninety days from the date of bid opening.
Bid solicitation documents and bills of quantity are available for download from the official EPADS website at kp.eprocure.gov.pk and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA portal. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS with financial proposals sent to the office of Assistant Director by registered courier service before the closing deadline of 18 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 12:30 PM in the presence of qualified bidders or their representatives. Clarifications may be requested through EPADS until 2 June 2026. The bidder must ensure all uploaded bid contents are readable and legible to avoid rejection.
