Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy PNS Nigraan invites bids from well reputed, GST registered, financially sound firms and contractors for undertaking conservancy services at PNS Nigraan, PNS Dilawar, PNS Shifa, and other naval establishments during the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work encompasses conservancy operations across multiple naval installations located in Karachi, Sindh province. The tender reference is K.3689/25 and contract will commence from 1 July 2026 and remain valid until 30 June 2027. Detailed specifications and work scope are available in tender documents obtainable from the Executive Officer at PNS Nigraan upon payment of Rs 20,000 (non-refundable) on any working day between 0900 and 1500 hours before the closing date.
Eligible bidders must be GST registered and financially sound with demonstrated experience in conservancy services. A single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed with technical evaluation preceding financial review. Bids must include a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid amount as earnest money, made payable to PNS Nigraan Improvement Fund Account (PK30-BAHL-1227-0981-0011-8601). Cheques are not acceptable. The contractor must present all vehicles for physical inspection at 0900 hours on the tender opening day at PNS Nigraan, and failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Technically qualified bidders with acceptable bids will proceed to financial evaluation. Bid documents must be obtained from PNS Nigraan Executive Officer in Karachi. All bids must reach the office by 1100 hours on 16 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 1130 hours the same day in the presence of bidding participants.
