Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for the procurement of AI-enabled data center infrastructure, networking, security, and IT facility setup on a comprehensive turnkey basis. This project encompasses the supply and installation of hardware, software, power systems, cooling infrastructure, and all allied services required to establish a fully operational data center facility. The procurement is being undertaken under tender document number 26052026-1, reference ITOPS-23, and is located in Lahore, Punjab province. The scope includes complete design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all data center components with AI-enabled capabilities to support the organization's IT infrastructure requirements.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered companies with relevant experience in data center infrastructure projects, valid tax registration certificates, and proven technical capability in similar assignments. Bidders are required to provide detailed technical specifications, performance guarantees, and evidence of financial stability. A bid security as specified in the bid data sheet must accompany all bid submissions. All bids must comply with the technical specifications outlined in Section III of the tender document and meet the evaluation criteria detailed in Section IV.
The bidding documents are available from PITB located at 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP), 346-B, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, or can be obtained through their official website. Electronic bids must be submitted by the closing date of 17 June 2026 as per the prescribed bidding procedures. Bid opening will be conducted at PITB offices on the scheduled date.
