Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management, an attached department of the Ministry of Housing & Works, invites sealed bids on a single stage single envelope bidding procedure for repair and renovation works at the Federal Lodge Chamba House in Lahore. The project is classified under Category C-5 with a bid security of Rs. 900,000 and a completion time of 15 days. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 with valid registration with the Income Tax Department as Active Tax Payers and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with specialized code CE-09 & CE-10.
Bidders are required to obtain registration on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All prospective bidders must upload legible scanned copies of mandatory requirement documents on EPADS v2.0. The original bid security in the form of CDR or Banker's Cheque must be submitted to the office of the Assistant Director (Civil), Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad before the online submission deadline. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the tendering process at any stage without any reason.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. All e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 10 June 2026 up to 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad.
