Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department invites sealed tenders from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for the renovation and up-gradation of leftover secondary health facilities at one of the Tehsil Headquarters (THQs) Hospital located in Tehsil Pimahal District T.T. Singh, Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 1,396,956,641 and the project has an expected duration of 12 months. This construction initiative aims to enhance healthcare infrastructure in the Pimahal area of Punjab province by upgrading existing health facilities to meet current standards and capacity requirements.
Bidders must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must have valid registration with the relevant professional bodies. All contractors and firms are required to submit earnest money of PKR 6854983 as bid security, and successful bidders will be required to furnish CDR or bank guarantee equivalent to 5% of the contract value within 15 days of award. The tender documents can be obtained from the official PPRA website (punjab-procurement.gov.pk) and all bidders must participate through the PPRA e-tender system as per Government of Punjab rules.
Tender bid documents must be submitted electronically on the PPRA portal by the closing date of 10 June 2026 at 11:30 AM. The tender opening committee will retrieve and open bids on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders and their representatives. All tender-related queries and further case information will be forwarded to the Federal Litigation Cell (FLC) and Ministry of Law for resolution of any legal issues. Bidders should contact the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No. 2, Faisalabad or the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, T.T.
