The Buildings Division, Kasur invites bids through e-tendering for the up-graduation of health facilities (Sub Scheme) at the Hospital Kot Radha Kishan District Kasur, located in Punjab province. This construction and facilities scheme carries an estimated cost of Rs 49,799,939 with earnest money of Rs 2,469,988. The project scope includes civil works, mechanical and electrical installations to upgrade healthcare infrastructure in the Kasur district. The tender is issued under NIT No SCD-ICD/1-49/2023/3302 with bid documents available on the PPRA e-tendering portal at http://eprocurement.punjab.gov.pk, which is the official website of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) developed by PITB.
Bidders must register on EPADS e-tendering system at http://eprocurement.punjab.gov.pk to become eligible for participation. All prospective bidders are required to submit a CNIC bank draft in the form of CDR blank draft cashier's cheque of any scheduled bank equal to the earnest money amount as bid security. Contractors and bidders must provide the original PEC license certificate (valid and current) along with their bid documents. The bid validity period is twelve months from the date of opening. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money shall be rejected. The performance guarantee shall be obtained from the lowest bidder as per clause 58 of PPRA rules.
Bid documents are available on EPADS as per the dates and time mentioned. All pages of the uploaded bid shall be readable, signed and stamped by the contractor. Bids will be opened at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No. 2, Lahore on the scheduled date in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives with proper authority.
