Description / Scope of Work
Frontier Corps Balochistan (North), Quetta invites sealed bids for bulk purchase and local purchase of medicines, surgical items, X-ray films (CT scan and CR), laboratory items, dental items and medical gases for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through well-reputed companies and firms on an all-Pakistan basis. Two separate tender notices have been issued: one for bulk purchase of medicines and medical store items, and another for local purchase of medicines and medical store items on a daily basis. The bulk purchase tender covers a comprehensive range of medical supplies required for the financial year 2026-27, while the local purchase tender focuses on daily basis procurement of medicines and medical store items in Quetta, Balochistan.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed companies or firms with tax-payer status and valid National Tax Number (NTN) registration. Participating firms are required to submit separate sealed envelopes containing technical quotations (without mentioning price or rebate) and financial quotations (with price or rebate details). Each set of envelopes must be further sealed in an outer envelope. A certified demand draft (CDR) of Rs. 500,000 in the name of DDMS HQFC Balochistan (North) Quetta must be enclosed as security money. Non-compliance with contractual obligations will result in full confiscation of the security deposit.
Tender documents are available from the Medical Branch HQFC (North) for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. For the bulk purchase tender, the last submission date is 15 June 2026 by 1345 hours, with technical bids opening at 1400 hours on the same day and financial bids opening on 18 June 2026 by 1400 hours. For the local purchase tender, submissions close on 15 June 2026 by 1415 hours, with technical bids opening at 1430 hours on the same day and financial bids opening on 18 June 2026 by 1430 hours.
