Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Irrigation Department, through its Office of the Executive Engineer at Trimmu Headworks Division, invites electronic bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for the concrete lining of Darkhana Disty from Reduced Distance (RD) 50+000 to RD 79+160 (Tail) in District Jhang, Punjab. This infrastructure development project is being tendered under the Bi-Annual MRS System valid from 01.01.2026 to 30.06.2026 on an item rate basis through the PPRA E-Tendering system using Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding procedure.
Participating contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and code, and must maintain current registration on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. All bidders are required to submit valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 along with government receipts for professional tax payment, CNIC documentation, Enlistment/Renewal Fee, and registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for 2025-26. Bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled Pakistani bank must be submitted in favour of the Executive Engineer, Trimmu Headworks Division, with the bid. The original CDR or Bank Guarantee and attested PEC registration copy must be presented to the Tender Opening Committee by the deadline.
Tender Notice and Bidding Documents are available free of cost to registered bidders on the EPADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. All bids must be uploaded electronically to the EPADS website by 17.06.2026 up to 1:30 PM, with physical documentation submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer, Trimmu Headworks Division, Trimmu by the same deadline. Tender opening will occur on 17.06.2026 at 2:00 PM at the Executive Engineer's office in Trimmu, where responsive bid rates will be announced. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of bid opening. Successful bidders must furnish a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of notification.
