Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government and Rural Development Department Lakki Marwat invites sealed electronic tenders for beautification activities including street lights installation and improvement of model streets at Tehsil Kechi Kamar in District Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated project cost is 30.00 million rupees under the 2025-26 financial year. This tender is based on MRS-2025 (1st bi-annual) and non-MRS items, aimed at enhancing urban infrastructure and public spaces in the district through beautification and modern street lighting solutions.
Eligible bidders must be government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Civil and Works Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Bid security of Rs. 600,000 (2 percent of estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of call deposit in favour of the Assistant Director. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. All bidding documents are available for download from EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk).
Bid submission comprises both electronic submission through EPADS and hard-copy sealed envelopes delivered via registered courier to the Office of Assistant Director before 16th June 2026 at 12:30 PM. Online clarification deadline is 11th June 2026 at 05:00 PM. Technical bids will be evaluated first, and financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened thereafter. Bids remain valid for 90 days from closing date. Firms wishing to participate must register on EPADS for unique credentials.
