Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts for the procurement and installation of air conditioning units at the DA Sunset Club in Karachi, Sindh. The tender encompasses two main categories: supply and installation of ten 1.5 ton DC inverter wall-mounted air conditioners with company standard warranty, and supply and installation of five 4.0 ton inverter floor-standing air conditioning units with company standard warranty. The project is located in Karachi and falls under the administrative jurisdiction of PDOHA's procurement division.
Participating firms must be registered under relevant taxation acts and submit sealed bids. Tender documents containing detailed specifications and requirements are available upon written application to the undermentioned office on payment of PKR 2,000 in the form of a non-refundable pay order made in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Sealed bids must be received by 1030 hours on 10 June 2026, and will be opened at 1100 hours on the same date. DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations, and tenders received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
