Description / Scope of Work
SBP Banking Services Corporation, General Services Unit, Lahore invites electronic bids from registered suppliers, contractors and service providers for the procurement of Supply of Drinking Mineral Bottled Water at SBP Banking Services Corporation, Lahore during the financial year 2025-26. The tender reference is GSU/PPRO2-219038. Bidders must be registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), possess valid Income and Sales Tax registration, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Part of the procurement funds will be used to cover eligible payment obligations under the contract.
Eligible bidders must register on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk if experiencing technical difficulties, they may contact PPRA's technical support team. Bid security must be submitted in an acceptable form, either as a Call Deposit or Demand Draft payable to SBP Banking Services Corporation in the amount of Rs. 50,000. Original bid security must reach the procuring agency on or before the bid submission closing time, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. The bidding process shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as outlined in the Public Procurement Rule 2004 and all applicable regulations, regulatory guides, and procurement guidelines issued by the Authority.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Documents must be submitted using E-PADS on or before Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in public in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
