Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority invites bids for an innovative intervention in the tourism sector under ADP Code No. 1405401. The project encompasses the development and implementation of a Smart Tourism Command and Monitoring System (STCMS) to be operated as a 24/7 central command center for tourism safety, emergency response, monitoring, and service coordination across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including live camera feeds, dashboards, GIS mapping, incident reporting, and coordination with Tourism Police, District Administration, Rescue 1122, Helpline 1422, Aviation, and Pakistan Meteorological Department. The system will be established at CTA Headquarters in Peshawar.
Eligible firms and service providers must submit proposals through the EPADS e-tender platform and possess valid professional registration certificates from recognized bodies such as FBR, ITRA, KPPRA, or STRN. Companies must be active on the tax rolls or taxpayer list. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount is required as security, submitted separately for each of the two packages. Bidders must also submit an affidavit on stamp paper duly attested by a notary public confirming the accuracy of information in bidding documents.
Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000, with soft copies available for download from the EPADS, KPPRA, and KPCTA websites. The pre-bid meeting shall be held on 15 June 2026 at 02:30 pm in the conference hall of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS platform on or before 22 June 2026 at 11:00 am, with hard copies to the office on the same day. Late submissions shall not be accepted. Two separate bids are required for each of the two packages: Package I covers Development of Software Solution for STCMS, and Package II covers Supply and Installation of Monitoring and Display Systems for STCMS.
