Description / Scope of Work
National Institute of Banking and Finance Pakistan invites electronic bids for the operation and maintenance of air conditioners and allied equipment at its Karachi office located on MT Khan Road, Sindh. This procurement is issued under tender reference NIBAF-P/PROC-KHI/006/2026 with a bid security requirement of Rs. 80,000. The scope of services encompasses comprehensive operation and maintenance activities for air conditioning systems and related equipment at the NIBAF Pakistan Karachi facility to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency throughout the contract period.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (EPADS) and must have active Income Tax status on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding shall be conducted following Rule 36(b) Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. A bid security of Rs. 80,000 must accompany all bids, with the scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and the original document submitted physically at the NIBAF Pakistan Karachi office on MT Khan Road. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability and financial stability to sustain operations throughout the contract term.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 18 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual bids shall not be accepted.
