Annual Supply Contracts for Food Items by Pakistan Navy VSD Karachi

Pakistan Navy at the Karachi Naval Establishment invites open tender notices from all GST-registered firms and suppliers for the supply of annual contracts for various food and consumable items to the Virtual Supply Depot (VSD) at Karachi. The tender encompasses the procurement of seven commodity categories including milk powder (full cream) in 450,000 kilograms, beans (dried haricot) at 150,000 kilograms, Kabuli channa at 100,000 kilograms, firewood at 155,000 kilograms, fruit ID (pineapple) at 24,000 kilograms, garlic at 24,000 kilograms, and ginger at 23,000 kilograms. The offer for milk powder must be submitted in terms of Para 36(b) of FPRA rules 2004 under a single-stage two-envelope procedure, with delivery of all items arranged by the supplying firms at their own expense. This is a substantial procurement operation serving the naval establishment in Sindh province.

All participating firms are required to attach earnest money in the form of a pay order favoring the COMDEP welfare and improvement fund (Account No. 0170010329819 at Meezan Bank) along with their technical quotations. Offers submitted without the mandatory pay order will not be entertained. Eligible suppliers should possess valid GST registration and relevant business credentials.
