Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting sealed bids through electronic tender submission via the official EPADS portal for two major infrastructure improvement projects across the province. Work No. 01 encompasses Rehabilitation and Infrastructure Improvement activities in multiple union councils of Swat district including Charbagh, Kabal, Bahrain and Miandam, with an estimated cost of Rs. 100.00 million. Work No. 02 covers similar Infrastructure Improvement activities in union councils across Haripur, Havelian and Main Parang areas in the lower districts, also valued at Rs. 100.00 million. Both projects aim to enhance local infrastructure and community services through coordinated development works.
Bidders must be registered contractors with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid CNIC and investment documents. Bid security at 5 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system. Interested bidders from public and private sectors are eligible to participate, subject to meeting all technical and financial qualification criteria specified in the detailed bidding documents.
Bidding documents are available on the official EPADS portal and can be downloaded after publishing the NIT. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically on the specified date via EPADS. Technical and financial bids will be opened separately in accordance with evaluation criteria outlined in the bidding documents. The bid opening is scheduled for 25-06-2026 at 17:00 hours with results announced at 12:30 hours the same day.
