Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Corporation Multan invites e-bids from registered firms and companies for the rehabilitation and improvement of a mettaled road and sewer connection on Street Coco Homes Wali Multan Public School Road in Union Council 67, Multan, Punjab. This infrastructure project encompasses multiple work items with an estimated cost of Rs. 75,80,000 and is being undertaken to enhance the quality of roads and sewerage facilities in the area. The project is advertised through the Punjab e-Procurement System and aims to upgrade existing infrastructure to serve the local community better.
Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. A bid security of Rs. 3,79,000 is required, to be submitted in the name of Municipal Corporation Multan in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Only firms and companies actively engaged in trading and holding valid registrations from competent authorities are eligible to participate. All bids must comply with the single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure as outlined in the tender documents.
Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk before 12:30 PM on 18 June 2026. The original bid security instrument should be submitted in a clearly marked envelope at the Municipal Corporation Multan office in Mumtaz-Abad before the submission deadline. E-bid opening will occur at 1:00 PM on the same date. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline.
