Municipal Committee Daska invites electronic bids from registered contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers for arrangements regarding Muharram ul Harram 2026 in Daska. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 3,720,057 with a bid security requirement of Rs. 186,002. This is a significant municipal service contract for Daska, Punjab, aimed at organizing and managing the religious observance during the month of Muharram. The scope includes comprehensive arrangements for this important Islamic occasion in the city.
Bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA (holding both NTN and PNTN), and PPRA for e-procurement participation. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Certified Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Municipal Committee Daska. The contractor is required to submit a performance guarantee as per clause 56 of PPRA rules. All bids must include scanned copies of bid security (5% of estimated cost) uploaded on the e-PADS platform, with original CDR documentation submitted physically to the Municipal Officer (I&S) office. Late submissions will be rejected automatically.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 17 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at MC Office, Daska. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure will be followed. The bidding document is available on the PPRA Punjab website. Upon acceptance, the successful contractor must execute an agreement on prescribed stamp papers within seven days for work order issuance. Any submission of false information or forged documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting from all future local government tenders.
