Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Community Foundation (SCF) invites quotations for the printing of two key publications: a research report on Gender-Based Violence and Climate Change Impact, and the SCF Annual Report. The procurement is being undertaken by the Procurement Department of SCF and is referenced as SCF/06/001. The scope includes printing 200 copies of a 60-page A4 GBV research report with 4-color title page on 300-gram card stock and black-and-white inner pages on 150-gram matte paper with gum binding, as well as 200 copies of a 75-page A4 annual report featuring 4-color printing throughout on 180-gram matte art paper with gum binding. The place of delivery is SCF Head Office in Hyderabad, Sindh Province.
Suppliers must meet mandatory eligibility requirements including submission of samples of previous publications, NTN registration numbers, and complete tax details. All quoted rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes, loading, offloading, transportation, packing, and dismantling costs as per Government Law. The quotation validity period should be 60 days, and payment terms require 100 percent payment upon satisfactory completion of work. No bid security is required for this procurement.
Quotations must be properly sealed and signed, bearing the date, subject line, NTN registration number, supplier signature, and official stamp. Submissions are accepted only via email to sindhfoundation@scfngo.org with a carbon copy to procurement@scfngo.org, with the deadline set for 5 June 2026. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring printed materials conform exactly to agreed specifications and samples, with replacement obligations in case of non-conformity.
