Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors and international suppliers for two separate procurement tenders. The first tender (Reference LT-19638-JAR) concerns the procurement of Group III 4cSt, 6cSt and 8cSt Base Oil for import, with bidding conducted through a single stage two envelope procedure. The second tender involves the supply of motor gasoline products, specifically MOGAS 92 RON and JET A-1, with a delivery period between 15th and 25th July 2026 on a Cost and Freight (CFR) basis. Both tenders are open to reputed suppliers with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities to execute the contracts successfully in Sindh province.
Eligible contractors and international suppliers must possess the necessary experience and financial credentials as specified in the tender documents. Bidders are required to submit their sealed bids exclusively through the SAP Ariba portal. For the base oil procurement, tender documents will be available from 3rd June 2026 until 11th June 2026, with bid submission closing on 11th June 2026 at 2:15 PM and opening on the same day at 3:00 PM. For motor gasoline supply, tender documents are available up to 9th June 2026 until 9:00 AM, with bid submission and opening on 9th June 2026 at 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM respectively.
Interested suppliers seeking tender documents must submit a duly signed and stamped request on official letterhead through the SAP Ariba Portal, mentioning the tender number and relevant delivery period. All documents must be uploaded on SAP Ariba Portal only. The commercial bid opening date and time for the two envelope procedure will be communicated separately to technically qualified bidders.
