Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit of E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (PMU-EPADS) under the Federal Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) has reserved funds for the procurement of Data Centre Co-location Services planned for FY 2025-26. The PMU-EPADS intends to apply part of the proceeds from this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Data Centre Co-location Services. This procurement is open to all eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of non-consultancy services.
The procurement will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Principal Method of Procurement, specifically Open Competitive Bidding with Lead Cost Based Selection (LCBS) Technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document, in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and possess the necessary licenses and qualifications required for data centre services provision.
Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. E-bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the Bidding documents must be submitted by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids is not entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
