Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, Torghar, KPK invites electronic bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure via E-PADS system for the construction of water supply and sanitation schemes in the northern district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project encompasses multiple packages including street pavement and sanitation schemes across various locations with a combined estimated cost exceeding PKR 38 million. The work includes construction of water supply lines, sanitation schemes, street pavements, solar-based pressure pump installations, and basin extensions in designated areas within the KPK province. This is a significant infrastructure development initiative aimed at improving public health and sanitation facilities in the region.
Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Engineering Council (KPEC) or the relevant provincial authority. Valid contractor licenses, technical qualifications, and previous relevant experience are mandatory requirements. Bidders must submit bid security as per KPPRA guidelines, which includes Form Tender Security and Additional Security. The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) tax status must be active and current. All bidders are required to comply with the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure and submit separate technical and financial bids as specified.
Bid documents are available for download from the KPPRA website at kppra.gov.pk and E-PADS portal. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through E-PADS before the closing date of 18 June 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon). The technical bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
