Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy invites GST and Income Tax registered firms and suppliers to submit offers for annual supply contracts for VSD (Victualling Store Depot) at Karachi. The procurement includes milk powder full cream (450,000 kgs), beans dried haricot (150,000 kgs), kabuli channa (100,000 kgs), firewood (155,000 kgs), fruit dried pineapple (24,000 kgs), garlic (24,000 kgs), and ginger (23,000 kgs). The total quantity represents a substantial annual procurement contract for naval victualling operations in Karachi, Sindh. Delivery of items will be arranged by the participating firms at their own cost and logistics.
All interested suppliers must be GST and Income Tax registered and must have previous experience of supplying the mentioned commodities. Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of a pay order in favor of COMDEP Welfare and Improvement Fund Account 01700103296198 at Meezan Bank with their technical quotations. The offer for milk powder full cream must be submitted under Para 36(b) of PPRA rules 2004 following a single stage two envelope procedure. Offers submitted without the required earnest money pay order will not be entertained.
Invitation to Tender forms may be collected during working hours from the Office of the Commander Depot Group at Naval Stores Sub Depot, West Wharf Road, Karachi. Tender details are also available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. Tenders will be received and closed at 1100 AM on 18 June 2026 and opened at 1130 AM the same day at the COMDEP office.
